Please beware of this businesses. The product (pool ionizer system) is great but the installation of our pool was of poor quality and now we are out thousands of dollars. The day the pool was installed, they hit our septic system, although we told them where it was located. They did not tell us they hit the septic system. We found out a week later when water surfaced in our back yard. Because the contract said they were not responsible, we had to pay to have it fixed. They also backfilled the dirt under our pool in order to level it. It immediately began to settle and now our pool is unlevel. We told them about this issue within the 30 day contract service period. They told us to wait until the end of the season and they would relevel it. Finally almost a year later, the owner came out and attempted to level it. He could not. He told us we would have to hire an installer and pay to have it leveled ourselves. In the mean time, we are out thousands, have an unlevel and unsafe pool, and have been deceived by a company who did not stand behind their product or service. Please beware and do not use this company if you want a quality product.
