You pay for everything including water. I purchased a bag of food with a sandwich, salad and a drink and they would not let me board with it. Wow actually told me if I didnt give them my bag of food for my 16 hour travel day than I could not board the plane. I gave them my food and than went without food or water for 16 hours. They were rude, aggressive, insulting and even threatened me. It was the worst travel experience of my life and I travel quite often. Wow really stands for the Worst! If you can avoid this airline I suggest you do so.
