I placed an order for a telescope for my son for Christmas yesterday. I paid the expedited shipping fee to get it on Friday. I received the confirmation e mail and was told I would receive an email with the tracking number once it had shipped (today). When I didn't receive receive any tracking information, so I tracked my order via their website only to find out the order was cancelled. I called and was told the credit card information couldnt be verified, but yet the charge is on my account. The customer service was not helpful at all. I now have to file a fraudulant charge through my bank to get my money back, although all I really want is the telescope I ordered... Merry Christmas indeed... NEVER use this company!
