I ordered jackets prior to a event for my non profit at 3 weeks in advance. After paying almost 50 bucks in shipping I did not receive time. I happened to contact customer service about the price change and in process asked about where my order was and the only thing they told me after taking 12 to 14 hours to respond is it takes time to process the order no matter how fast the shipping. The offered to cancel with refund of DAMN store credit! I don't want store credit I want my money!
