So I waited all that time to get that as a response and I did not receive a call, so I left another ticket complaining about it and this is the reply I got...

Really? Putting final touches on the launch... so I paid money for an unfinished product and now that I need help because your company is taking money from people but not helping them. How messed up is that.

Now for the leads I was told they are Highly Targeted Quality Leads and this is basically what the sales team is supposed to do...

All those leads that did fill out an application, Which they do at approximately 22% conversion. The leads are then called and our sales people attempt to sell them iPAS. I have sent the applications that show "not contacted" to the call center to make sure they are all contacted.

More results I copied on the site to show proof they sold us bogus leads,
