When you sign up for this site it gives you the option of 3,6 or 12 months. If you dig around some you can find that there is a one month option. Good, you want to test the waters and try it out before committing to the longer term subscriptions. But, they bury in their "term and service" an auto billing clause, that they seem to think is as ironclad as the fabled "Massey Prenup" because when you call and ask for a refund they tell you to basically go fly a kite. This auto renew clause is obviously part of their business model and any company which relies on this type of behavior is shady at best. Stay away from this company. You will get ripped off.

It's bad when a company's lack of ability/responsability costs you money. I couldn't get access to my account because every time I try to log in it sends a verification code to my phone before I could log in. Well this last time and since there have been no codes sent to the phone. So, I have been up the creek so to speak. And they have no customer service available to speak of. Obviously a Mickey Mouse operation.

So, this company actually has good products. They are well made and will help you keep the extra pounds off. However, they have one of the more dishonest business models there are. They auto bill and they get you to buy a product and if you dont send it back charge you heaps of money. They also essentially run a "pyramid" scheme by getting people to push their product and they end up bilking the "coaches" as well as the end client. It's sad because it didn't have to be this way :/

I bought the "yellow illustrian" ring which was sold as "looks like gold and doesn't need to be polished ". But it is tarnishing and needs to be polished. I called up to ask what I should do since it was sold to me under false pretenses. The lady on the phone was rude and short-tempered and they told me to send it in at my own cost to get them to polish it. I basically have a $600 hunk of brass I suppose. Anyway, this is bad business all the way around.

Tip for consumers:
See if there are any competitors. Don't fall for the allow metals pitch. Buy precious metals or don't buy at all.

Easy website and if you know the shoe you want they probably have it.

This company is the real deal. They will get you what you want and fasssst! I really enjoy using all of Amazon's services.

You will wait in a line if you go into wal mart. They will tease you with rows of cash registers that aren't being manned by an employee. Also, if you order something from them online it can take weeks to get there. That just happened to me. The one redeeming thing about this place is the fact that they have basically anything you need.

I would suggest this company change their name to "zero customer service" and slap that on the tails of their planes because you will get none. And I mean literally. They don't offer a phone number on the website. They give you the option to email a rep. And it says 24-48 hours you will get a response. When talking about important business travel, do you want to wait 48 hours for an email? It is really hard to believe there is a business model this bad. Pay the extra 40 bucks and fly with a reputable company, trust me.

Home Depot is a cavernous place. And even if though they have forty employees walking around there good luck finding one. Other than that they have most things you need so there is that.

Here is another company that kind of tricks you into a membership without making it fully obvious they are doing so. Also, the app that you download to create postage is cumbersome at best and not user friendly at all. I wasted $25 with this company and never was able to ship a single thing. Terrible business.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They are very fair.
