I was shorted some items on my order; I didn't spend a whole lot so I'm only out a buck or so but I thought I'd try to get it resolved on principle. After several days of no response from support and waiting hours for a reply on Live Chat I gave up trying to contact them. I'm not sure how they managed to remain Paypal verified for so long, but my next step is alerting paypal to see what the response is. There are other businesses that offer near instant service for a bit more; I'd advise going with them instead. As another reviewer mentioned, d2papa has a chain of sites with different names so if you see a site with different layout but identical prices don't bother with it.
