Unauthorized payment taken out of my account and customer service told me "Not our problem, take it up with your bank's fraud department if you want." STAY AWAY
I am so sorry to hear that you were unaware of the auto renewal policy with your premium account and for any inconvenience you experienced with customer service. The auto renew feature is indicated on our enrollment page when you first upgraded, and it's also featured in our Terms of Use, which you did agree to at the time of enrollment on Care.com.
