I ordered two 5 x 7 canvas prints. I found the software confusing and ended up not properly framing the subjects on the canvas. Instead of calling me to check, Winkflash sent the 2 pics with significant portions of the subjects' heads cut off. It was technically my fault, but they would not replace them for free or even for a discount. Other sites I ordered from contacted me if there was something wrong with the pic before they printed them. Be very careful when you design your photo items and don't expect Winkflash to help.
