Bought a holiday sweater with an attached stuffed animal on the face of the sweater. One of the animal's ears is sewn on reverse so the two ears are clearly mismatched. No exchange, so tried to have them cover for return shipping since the item was extremely bulky and came in box 3x of a shoe box. Customer service says stitching issues are not "defects" in the product, when clearly stitching has resulted in a defective product. Took multiple days to get a response. I called 3x, no one picks up. I emailed twice along with photos, only received automated replies. Text message person responds one line/day. In the end, would not cover return shipping. I wonder what would qualify for a return shipping.
