I bought this item about a month ago and am completely satisfied! It was charged and ready to go the minute I got it and it came with every thing it needed to hook up to the computer! When One of the buttons broke I sent it back to find it sitting on my door step not long after with a new button! I am completely satisfied with my purhase and I will buy from pickegg.com next time!
