Don't let the lowball prices fool you! I ordered an in-stock textbook after seeing that the company would send the purchase between 3 to 5 business days. The website also stated that an email would be sent with the tracking number. After a week, I received a poorly worded email complete with typos and misspellings telling me that my purchase was out of stock. There is no customer service number; only an email address where they state they hope to reply within 24 hours... amateurs. Spend the few extra dollars with a reputable company and avoid the hassle of trying to do business with collegexpres.com.
