It's family-owned business, and whenever family members work together, emotions can interfere with business decisions. This is how this business works. They will do everything to keep their business running even to the expense of others. For the most part, high employee turnover among non-family members is a problem. There are really limited opportunities for growth or advancement for non-family members.
