Optumrximage coming soon



Have used for about a year now. The only problems I've had originate from my doctor's office (soon to be my ex doctor's office). Twice the doctor's office refused a refill, for no reason. I went to my Optumrx web page, clicked on "request call back" and, 20 seconds later I got a computer generated call, 20 seconds after I pressed the number 1 I was speaking to a helpful rep who gave me the direct phone and fax numbers for my doctor's (soon to be my ex doctor's) office to call. Called my doctor's office and, 10 minutes later had an email from Optumrx that the refill order was received and my medication was on it's way. I have never waited more than 3 days for delivery of my medication except when my doctor's (soon to be my ex doctor's) office falls down on the job. Best prices, best service. Good on you, OptumRx!




At 6 am on the 27th I ordered a monitor. They charged my card and at 6:30am I received a conformation saying the item was expected to ship end of day on the 27th. Called them at 6am on the 29th and, after one hour on hold was promised that he would follow up with the warehouse and expedite the shipment. Said he would call, and/or email me with the updated status. Didn't happen. Called Newegg at 3:30pm on the 29th, on hold for one hour again, was told it was being shipped that day. Didn't happen. Called this morning, waited on hold for another 40 minutes, rep could not help. Waited on hold for a supervisor for another 30 minutes who told me he had no access to any more information than the rep I had just spoken to (what is his job, anyway?) and, no power to expedite the shipment of my item. The reason these companies do this to us? Because we let them. Please, people, stop letting them. I beg you!
