Glen Stephens is the worst kind of bully – the kind who can give it but not take it. His Stampboards forum claims to have a "very supportive and friendly Community", but many of his comments show entirely the opposite approach. He takes delight in belittling and insulting people who have done nothing wrong, other than having a lack of knowledge or experience - but if anyone dares to speak back to him, he or his tame moderators either edit the comment to misrepresent what the member has said, or remove it completely.

The forum rules claim that "Our diversity demands that we respect each other." His behaviour is entirely the opposite - his responses are often deliberately nasty, insulting and demonstrably DISrespectful. The forum rules also claim that " personal attacks, insults, name-calling... will not be tolerated and will be removed. The violator(s) will be subject to disciplinary action." But because he and his tame moderators run the show, his own attacks are always tolerated and never removed. It is all disgraceful and blatant nepotism, run by a man who is in equal measure narcissistic and obviously unable to see his own enormous character defects.
