I'm writing this as both a seller and buyer. When you upload a design on their site, the colours are extremely different when printed on a t-shirt, because their printing is so low-quality. Why don't other printing services have the same problem? I have bought shirts from literally every other site of that type, like teefury, lookhuman, etc. and none of them have any problems reproducing the colours accurately. It's not a nitpick either, the colours are extremely darker, faded and greyed out. The print is also not opaque on the shirt, so it's even more faded than the preview. I didn't find their white shirt to be particularly good quality, it's kind of sheer. For this low quality, the pricing (30-35$) is outrageous. The other sites I mentioned sell shirts for 15-20$ (6$ for "random designs") and both print and shirt are much, MUCH better quality. Redbubble said they were improving their printing, but that was a while ago and the previews are still just as faded and bad, so I doubt it's any better on the shirts.

The stickers are nice and have nice discounts for them. I haven't bought any other type of item yet.

The customer service when dealing with fraudulent copyright claims is horrid. ALL they will do is send you tired copy-pastes from their FAQ and TOS. They will NOT reply like humans and consider your counter-claims. They don't care who's right, they care about their own comfort only.

Edit: received a shirt recently. The printing and shirt quality has improved. It may be on-par with other companies now, but the price isn't.

I've seen horrible reviews about iherb. I haven't had any problems with them yet. The only complaint I have is that the packaging isn't really safe. They just jam everything in one box with big air pockets around it, but if you have a mix of "crushable" items (eg chips) and "heavy" items (eg glass bottles), they will not have any individual protection to prevent damage. I'm used to having smaller/heavier items placed in a box within the big box to protect the bigger/more fragile items outside. I ordered "Dandies" marshmallows once and they arrived a bit crushed.

Besides that, the website has a great selection of items and amazing deals. International shipping is pretty cheap. Shipping time is as described.

Their customer service is completely unhelpful and uninformative. I had a problem with my order and they refused to even talk to me about it, let alone help. They have email contact, but they will reply with "call us at --". The point of having email contact is to not have to call.

Oh, and the emails they list don't actually work. You have to email their parent company, coty. I'm sure the products are fine (though clearly overpriced). Maybe some representatives are even helpful. The one I got was not. Their solution to my order issue was for me to go **** myself.

  • Riot Games

Riotgames crawled out from the depths of hell years ago and has been feeding on the souls of the young since then.

They have the single. Worst. ""customer service"". In. The. World.

League has the reputation of having the most toxic community out of all games. What does Riot do about that?

Make it worse.

They will ban you for saying anything when you're getting harassed by toxic players. Will they ban the toxic players? No. Why? Because they constitute about 80% (being generous here) of the player base, so Riot would go bankrupt. When you contact them about it, they will send you ALL the copy-pasted answers they have in stock, even when they have nothing to do with your situation. When they finally run out and start half-reading what you send them and replying like humans, they will take the side of the bullies and deny that they are the toxic ones, saying that you're toxic instead (for being the victim of other people's intentional griefing). I'm no SJW, but this is some victim-blaming, backwards "thinking".

So you don't talk then. You mute them. They can still grief with their actions in-game. You report them. And then...

You get banned for reporting them.

What? Yes. It's happened. Hundreds of people were banned for "reporting too many players". They were also given the title of "top 0.1% toxic players". For reporting actual toxic behaviour. Which should be Riot's job to deal with, not the players'.

So to this company, wishing someone cancer and insulting them in every way imaginable is worth a 1 hour long ban or a temporary chat restriction (not even mute).

And being the receiver of that flame, then reporting it so that the game can be rid of toxic players, gets you a 7 day ban if not more.

Just save yourself the trouble. It's not that good of a game anyway. It's addictive because the anger makes you want to prove to yourself that you're better. But you're not. You are the game. Riot is the player.

Tip for consumers:
Don't.

I needed advice about depression medication, so first I looked for it on their forums and it hadn't been asked before, so I asked it. The next day, before I got the chance to get any replies, I saw that it had been deleted. I emailed the support about it. They never replied. That's such a great thing to do to a depressed person reaching out for help.

Reading other people's questions and answers had been helpful in the past, but getting shut down and given no reason for why doesn't make me want to go back there. Why pretend to have customer service when you actually don't?

I wanted to buy their new line of liquid suede lipsticks online. They were sold out for MONTHS. I emailed them a while ago to ask if they were coming back in stock, or if they had been limited edition. They never replied. I also asked them on facebook. They never replied. 10/10 customer service. Now SOME (not all!) of the lipsticks are back in stock and I don't even feel like buying them anymore. I'm sure the quality is great. The customer service is just nonexistent.
