I booked two rooms for 6 people at an upscale hotel in Las Vegas. They advertised you could have Queen sized beds but they only booked 2 kings which means three people per bed, This wasn't going to work, contacted them several times by phone and then again, by email a month before the check in date. They did finally contact me the night before departure that they couldn't do anything for me. Thank goodness I booked other plans or I would have had 2 people sleeping on the floor. Terrible service, do not use.
