“I wish I could rate them a zero”

Installers never show up and never responded to call from empire customer service representatives. And they have installer management systems. DO WASTE YOU MONEY. We spent $14,000 on flooring and they installers don't show!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use empire at least Lowe's and home Depot installers show up

Products used:
Laminate and carpet but can't seem to get carpet installed
