The Customer Service definitely deserves 5 stars alone. I ordered my regular size because some of the reviews indicated the size ran true, but all three tops I ordered were pretty snug, (and part of why I ordered these tops was due to how they were loose fitting on the models.) After contacting PatPat about returns, a Customer Service agent emailed me, and after some basic information and photos of the ID tags were sent to him, he checked to see if larger sizes were available. They were not, so I was given an opportunity to receive a full refund, OR a full credit to reorder any items I wanted with no cost for shipping. It was my choice, because return postage would not have been refunded. But, I knew this going in because I checked their 'returns policy.' What I didn't know is that they would tell me to keep the items and not return them. I'm sure I can find someone to give them to because I actually did like the quality of the fabric, AND I thought they were well made. So please listen to the reviews that say the sizes run small. That is a fact. But I can not complain about the way customer service handled everything. If you order from them, make sure you order up a size (regardless of what the sizing chart shows,) and expect to wait about 4 weeks for the order. Don't want to wait? Then don't order from them. Otherwise, don't complain about it.
