I order a box from thread up and I didn't receive the order well they refunded my money back and said that I didn't have to pay for it. Well a few years passed and I thought maybe I would try again, no they made it where I couldn't get it and I emailed them asking what was going on and they said they were still showing that I have a outstanding bill. Wtf they said they refunded my money and everything was ok. Tell me that they're liars.

I never received my order and they kept my money.

So I say scam..

I love using E. L. F products they don't charge a lot and they have good products.

Everything that I ordered took sometimes months before I would receive my order and when I did it was it what I expected it was smaller and plus easy to tear up very cheap made s***

They have a lot of styles to choose from and when I got my order it fit perfectly and shipping was right on time. Customer service was very helpful and nice.

I never received my order and I have emailed them over and over and they still haven't gotten back with me.

They got my order right and delivery was earlier than expected. Great service and very kind customer service.

These people care and they get things done I've never talked to a bank company that actually cares about there people.
