The site and company has really changed. They have hired INcompetent people in customer service. If you call and ask if an item is in stock, they say "yes", take your money and then you get a email telling you the item is NOT IN STOCK and to choose something else. OR they send you the wrong item or wrong number or wrong description and GOOD LUCK in getting a refund quickly. I used to love this company, but no more. Then they have the nerve to send you a catalogue. I cannot recommend this company anymore.

Cindy, the owner said to me in front of other walk-in customers that I would be required to pay $35 for my next visit since I had already been in the store 2 times before. Guess the business is bad so she took it out on me. In other words buy a wig or stay out! She embarrassed me and I will not buy from her nor recommend this store to others. I am a well groomed professional and she should have been greatful I was considering buying a wig from her. Her prices are higher than on-line stores with the same wigs. Go to WowWigs.com.
