Always easy and fast.
I've only bought a couch from them and had it delivered. I picked it out in the store then eventually ordered it online. Overall it was smooth. No complaints.
Expedia seems to have dropped over the years. Either that or the competition is just getting better. Most of my experiences have been good. No fine print issues or false claims.
These guys are another homeowner contractor search site. They have a different approach though. You tell them what you want and they will find the contractor for you. I'm a little uneasy about this approach as I would rather pick out the contractor I want before inviting them over to my house. Part of me wonders if they take this approach to mask their lack of content. I'm really not sure. I do like the nice clean layout of the site and they look professional. For me, it's not really how I operate though.
For the most part it's just another contractor search site without the BS. The two things that really stand out is the google like search engine. You enter the type of work you need done and it returns the right types of contractors for the job. The other cool thing they have is the ability text message multiple contractors at once. They don't always reply but that's their loss. One feature that's missing is the ability to include an image to the text message.

Cons are these guys are new and content is light, but seem to be growing. So I guess it depends on your city. They also have online booking for a 'free consultation', but doesn't look like anything special. I didn't actually use it though. I wouldn't give them 5 stars until they have more contractors.

Tip for consumers: Check out the text messaging feature.

I really don't put a lot of weight on any review based services online. They are all shady! Homestars actually pays people to add reviews wtihout any kind of verification. Trustedpros isn't any better. I like knackthat.com but they are new and there content is still growing.

Tip for consumers: Homestars can't be trusted. Word of mouth is best or just deal with the facts with a site like knackthat.com and use BBB. Somebody needs to figure out online review because right now they don't work.
