Gettington sent me a 2'x3' rug instead of the 8'x11' area rug I ordered. I needed the correct item right away so she said (several times) they were shipping out the right one with "expedited" shipping so it should be there by the 2nd of Nov... the sent it standard 10 day shipping so it won't make it until the 10th, the agent seemed annoyed, flat out lied to me and said anything she could to get me off the phone. When I called back and asked for a manager they sent me to a voicemail to leave a message. No manager has called me back. I will never order from Gettington again because of the careless order picking/shipping process and because of the horrible customer service. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau for the first time in my life. I'm frustrated and disgusted!
