Paid for Featherlite... got more than that, as in my glasses are ridiculously thick... Would return but likely would get an excuse, or no improvement. Have ordered other glasses with lenses that are the same prescription,
And have a side by side to show. Is it worth my time to fix their error? Maybe. Sent to my cousin for pickup so I didn't get until after Christmas. Compared to another pair and confirmed are much thicker.
UPDATE: Offered an email apology addressed to my cousin, because of the shipping name. I advised to read the feedback in my reply, as the email stated a reply would allow them to correct the problem. Next email was almost exactly the same as the first, offered to correct the problem with a reply. I advised I HAD replied that it was seemingly an option for them to apologize, but not perform. They then offered to exchange the FRAMES. The only part of the order that's actually correct. Maybe if they read the complaint, and read the reply this would be a different situation. Obviously interested in good reviews over good service.
When it works it's amazing, when it doesn't... eh, who cares, right KITS? Really.
RESPONSE FROM KITS:
Called me... OK, then advised me I misunderstood the prescription was different in different frames. OK. Yeah, but the lens thickness isn't 2mm thicker. I've been wearing prescription glasses since I was a 10 year old, I've ordered them online and in store. I offered to send a picture of the two frames side by side to SHOW the physical differences. But I was told I was just wrong, mistaken, it's supposed to make my eyes big and my head smaller.
If I'd ordered standard lenses, that are thicker, yes... it does. I pay for the upgrades because it DOES. So, I paid for the upgrade. They failed. It's not right, but being told it's not THEIR error it's mine? Nah, I've got other options. Don't tell me I can see the difference, even if I can't without assistance!

Pictures showing
Right side old thicker frames.
Left side NEW THINNER frames, that's why the lenses are 2mm thicker IN the frames.
Closeups of both, sorry, hard to do one handed.
