I ordered a Photo Blanket w/ pictures of my almost 2 year old son for my wife to arrive by Christmas 2017. I ordered it on December 1,2017. It arrived by December 12,2017. It looked better than expected, at first, then I had noticed the photos were crooked and didn't take up the full space of the blanket. When my mother-in-law called back, we were assured the blanket would arrive by Christmas... well... it DID NOT! What should have taken a week FINALLY just arrived at my mother-in-laws home TODAY, MARCH 3,2018!
My mother-in-law, when she spoke with a representative named, Eugene, back in December, he assured her everything was being taken care of and that the blanket had been Expedited and then his Supervisor said it would arrive in 7-10 business days.
Now, my math may be off, BUT I AM QUITE CERTAIN that 7-10 business days later than December 12,2017 DOES NOT MEAN ARRIVING ON... Saturday, March 3,2018 (Almost 3 Months).
I've worked in Customer Service before, and I'm sorry, this company DOES NOT put the customer first, if they did, we would have received better results. Now, don't get me wrong, the product this time Looks Great BUT if you're on a timeline and want to get a gift for someone and you are taking a look at ordering from this company, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT. The likeliness your order arrives in the time you expect w/ the Quality you would expect seems slim.
