We had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered in Bhopal. Unfortunately the flowers so delivered were stale, wilted poorly arranged and quite a different variety, from what was depicted in the website image.
We contacted Phoolwala customer care, and asked them about it, they denied the allegation outright and implied that we as the customers were lying about the condition of the flowers, and purported to show us some undated CCTV footage about the authenticity of the bouquet. This was an appalling experience for us.
Phoolwala is utterly unreliable and out to make a quick buck by charging clients and not living up to their commitment.
It is recommended to avoid placing an order with them. Other sites as fnp, etc are reliable, offer genuine products and a better customer service.
