1. The DVR/Receiver either stops or resets itself when there is thunder and lightening and we loose our signal.
2. When I attempt to call customer service I am on the phone listening to terrible music for at least 30 minutes or more. I am with Spectrum about 3 months. I have lost count of the times that I spend on the phone waiting to talk to a live person to her my complaint.
3. I switched to Spectrum from Direct TV. I am now considering switching back to Direct TV.
