Sent parcel with hermes was over slightly over weight they charged me extra £1.49 extra plus extra £3 admin fees so total cost was nearly £8 for parcel with contents worth £30 wouldnt use this company again

Tip for consumers:
If you send parcel with them weigh parcel with good scales if your over weight they charge hidden admin fees
