We waited over an hour for someone to help with a cell line for my friend with CP (language barrier), and when "Keimy" (#7047) couldn't understand him (really didn't try). I translated for her, but she refused and kept saying he had to respond (which he was), so we went slower, and I would follow up with "Keimy, did you get that?" but she kept insisting that I couldn't help, even accused my of "feeding him the answers!" (answers to verify his account before she could help). Keimy was incredulous and callous, and my friend will now go another week without cell or internet. Keimy was absolutely horrible, a true injustice in the name of strict policy adherence and an inability to care enough to actually listen or even try to understand him and his situation. Keimy really disappointed us and is an example of the lack of will or courage to step outside the comfort zone and do what is right. Pitiful. Simply pitiful.

Tip for consumers:
Ask for another CSR if you get "Keimy 7047"

After multiple communications and hours of time, I finally got a favorable response and was refunded the full amount. Facebook Messaging seemed to prove to be the most responsive / effective.

We bought our tickets, arrived just on time for our movie, but due to no act on our part, could not see the movie. There weren't enough seats for the 10 of us. Our unfortunate situation wasn't evident until AFTER the show time because as the show time approached, we were searching for seats, then we spent time petitioning the ticket office, then spend more time waiting for the manager, then more time as we waited for the manager to search the theater himself, and then tell us he was sorry that there weren't enough seats. I know your "policy" about refunds after the show starts, but this is an apparent and obvious exception. PLEASE REFUND ORDER # WF2T8SF

God forbid you have an issue that needs customer support with Coinbase... plan to waste enormous amounts of time and lose years off your life from stress and frustration. The platform is nice, the fees are not nice, but the CS / lack of humans... enough that I'm moving my account elsewhere.
