We bought our tickets, arrived just on time for our movie, but due to no act on our part, could not see the movie. There weren't enough seats for the 10 of us. Our unfortunate situation wasn't evident until AFTER the show time because as the show time approached, we were searching for seats, then we spent time petitioning the ticket office, then spend more time waiting for the manager, then more time as we waited for the manager to search the theater himself, and then tell us he was sorry that there weren't enough seats. I know your "policy" about refunds after the show starts, but this is an apparent and obvious exception. PLEASE REFUND ORDER # WF2T8SF
