I ordered a canopy from them. It arrived fast, actually sooner than originally estimated. The quality was good and everything was there, but when I set it up, I found that it was shorter than described. I emailed them about this and they responded quickly, within a day, but they would not accept my proof that their description was wrong. I sent them pictures from their website showing the incorrect measurements and pictures I took of it setup with the actual measurements. They still said I was wrong. All I wanted was to return it for a refund. They kept offer a partial refund saying I could keep it and sell it or give it to someone. They also said they didn't want to ship it back because it could get damaged. I didn't understand why they thought it could be damaged on the way back to them but not on the way to me. But after about a week of arguing over email, they finally gave me a full refund without having to send it back. I gave them 3 stars because the shipping was fast and the item was good, but not as described. Customer service on the other hand was terrible to deal with. I would never purchase anything from them again.
