I never had a problem the few times I bought videos here, and I recently sold a bunch. However, when it came time for them to send me my check for the videos I sold, I got no check. Nor have I received ANY kind of help to find out what happened to my check despite numerous emails for assistance. I'm suspecting they keep up payments to the bigger sellers and fail to send anything they can to the little guys who they don't really care if we sell there or not. So, I'd make it ok to buy there, but not to sell anything there.
We sent this seller/customer a private message upon belatedly learning of his complaint, but received no response to our inquiry. Our sellers, both large and small are the lifeblood of our marketplace, and we certainly don't withhold reimbursements to anyone regardless of size. If notified that a check has failed to arrive (and this, unfortunately, does happen on occasion given the number of checks we mail out each month), then we would re-issue it the following month.
Given the age of this and other remaining complaints, we won't be addressing the older ones individually. Suffice it to say, having been in business for over a decade, it's inevitable that the occasional issue will arise. But, we do our best to fairly resolve any problems that come to our attention, and there are always two sides to every story.
