I had used GoFundMe in the past, I am a spinal patient, and had forgotten the phone number that had been used to set up the first account when I was initially injured as a friend needed to help me with that back then. Customer support quickly and easily got me past that hurdle and allowed me to set up the withdrawals on my account so I could be back on track with receiving funds donated.
It's terrible that we have to rely on an outside source like this for funding for our medical needs, but it's good to know that there's a team of professional people that are there to help us when we need it.
