I expected better quality control and customer service even at $19 to $30 per shirt. I ordered several shirts from Hawalili last fall (2020). I was pleased with them because they were great designs and better quality than I expected given the price. I put in another order in June 2021 for quite a few shirts. I just received them and the sizes are all over the place. Only one is actually the Large I ordered. 2 of the shirts are more M/L despite being labeled L. And one of them is actually a small even though it's also labeled an L.

What really irritates me is that Hawalili's return policy requires me to pay shipping. So, practically, I've ended up with one wearable shirt for $125. It might turn out to be somewhat less if I get any refund back if I got thru the hassle of returning them at my expense. I'll probably just give the shirts to some kids I know and lesson learned.
