I went to the PC Healthboost website a week ago to get their computer optimizer program. I was definitely happy with that experience! It was easy and painless from start to finish, no accidental double-purchases or anything like that. The software also worked really well for my computer, fixed all my problems and was easy to use.
I had a question a week later about one of the features. I wanted to know if the Startup Boost was safe to use, and if I had to be careful with it, what I needed to look out for. Their customer support person knew everything about this feature (how often do you see that?), and was incredibly helpful with my questions. All around, I'll just say that these people totally know how to make a good customer experience!
