Worst Customer Service of any large company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a new laptop for my grandson and paid extra for 2 day shipping even though 4-7 day shipping was free. Now I get a notice that it will be 6 days at least before it gets there maybe 7. Family will be gone from there before it is delivered so now I am going to have to pay to ship it again. Not to mention that he will not get it for as expexted!

I am sorry to hear this however I do see that an agent already reached out to you and explained that carriers do not usually ship on the weekends and due to the holiday season they were closed Monday so delivery was on 1/2. I do see the agent has already assisted. If you do require further assistance please let me know.
