I looked at many companies when deciding which bus company to use while in Washington, D. C. I recently traveled with 50 students and adults for a high school choir performance tour; Wolf's provided our transportation while in D. C. What impressed me from the first contact I had was how thorough and professional Jolene was. She was there every step of the way through the initial booking and final payment. She answered every question and provided excellent customer service. Our driver, Doug Reprogle, was *THE BEST!* Within minutes of meeting him, I knew that we had someone who would become part of our choir family during our 6-day performance tour. Doug jumped right in and helped load our luggage and as we got underway, provided great tidbits of information about the area. My students and chaperones loved how he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and had a great experience. He even took a picture with us at the Albert Einstein Memorial! His knowledge of the Washington D. C. area is immense. I don't think there was one place we went or one question that I asked that he didn't know the answer to. We all enjoyed working with him and were sad when we finally had to leave. If we ever travel to the east coast again, you can be CERTAIN that the ONLY company we will want for our transportation is Wolf's.

From the moment of my first contact, all the way through a last-minute name change, StudentUniverse made the booking and payment of 51 tickets for my high school choir a painless process. My representative, Michael Robinson, was with me every step of the way. He took the time to answer every question and made sure I totally understood every aspect of our ticket procedure. I would absolutely use them again, especially if I was able to have the same representative. My only suggestion would be to have a way that we could pick our seats. I had many students who had never flown before, so it would have been great to let them pick their seat mates. I don't know if this is something the StudentUniverse has any control over or not. It certainly did not affect my overall rating, because *everything* else was perfect!
