My wife convinced me to give this "service" a try...and at first it seemed like a good idea. I followed their prompts to create my profile and I gave them specific instructions regarding types of items as well as pricing guidelines...i.e. NO heavy sweaters or coats ( I live in South Florida), NO $50 Tee shirts, etc.
The very first "Fix" that they sent me for approval contained an $80 tee shirt. I'm not joking...clue one. I refused that and when I received the actual clothing, the package contained a winter weight sweater of the type that I specifically said no to. Back went 3 out of the 5 items. I decided that this was not going to be for me but I did order some mens' dress shorts just to be fair. Two washings in cold water and they turned into you know what. The last straw was the jeans that I kept from the first and only fix that I kept. They were the most expensive jeans that I have ever purchased...wore them exactly 3 times and just found a hole in them where one of the back pockets attach. Every pair of my $30 Lee jeans and more substantial material and much better quality. Stitch Fix is a good idea. Pretty bad execution. They seem to be the Warby Parker of "fashion"...

I would give less but the one star is for the really great, professional, quick responding customer service team. Sorry guys, I don't mean to disparage you. This review is for the poor quality of the lenses.
In May of this year, 2018, I placed my order for new prescription glasses and sunglasses in the Miami store. So far so good. The glasses arrived right on the days that they advised. Regular glasses shipped different days than the sunglasses. No problem... yet.
They seemed fine in the beginning but soon I noticed that there were scratches on my regular glasses lenses. Please understand that I treat my eye wear meticulously because it's the only way I can see AND they are supposed to be scratch resistant. I contacted customer service and they replaced the glasses quickly and easily. Thumbs up!

Within a few months, I again noticed scratches on BOTH my regs and now my sunglasses. I only clean them with the provided cloths and lens cleaner. They are kept in the cases when not in use (sunglasses).
Again to customer service to replace both pair. They again perform outstandingly! It ONLY just about been a full month and I just found the same scratches in the same places on my regular glasses.
Guys, I am done. 5 pairs of glasses and I'm still where I started. I am NOT contacting customer service again. I am NEVER going to use Warby Parker again. And I for sure am not going to recommend them.
I will take my business elsewhere.

I used Opentable to make a reservation at a local restaurant. So far so good. When we arrived, we were informed that they were completely filled and that they could only seat us in the bar. Why was this not noted when I made the reservation? While waiting to see the table, the hostess left us standing at the podium until we finally gave up and left.

When I returned home, I received an email from Opentable that I had been naughty and not showed up for the reservation. When I wrote back that we had in fact shown up and the why we left, they wrote back that they would make sure that the restaurant had accurate records.

REALLY? That's what is important to you? The restaurant's records? Both the restaurant AND Opentable need to review their customer service protocols.
