They took 3 months to deliver and got delivered 2 storage small storage boxes instead of cooking box (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wrtceUCggHg).
£25 lost but what can we do? Now the website doesnt even exist. I wrote them an email but I don't think I'm going to get an answer. They might blame COVID19 for their confusion.

They probably have a worldwide net of "experts".
The only reason I've given 4 and not 5 is because of some spelling mistakes. Other than that, they could be more extensive on questions that ask a maximum of 100 words, when they only write up 54 words, my tutor wouldn't be happy for me to write down that amount.
I don't feel like cheating, but wasn't sure if the assignment was correct.
