I understand when pandemic hits, we are in this together. What makes me write this review for today is I hope everyone learns from me. I booked a vacation package in early December prior to the pandemic. When this happened, I waited for a long time to have agent contacted me, practically passing our travel date. In the end result, if we asked for our refund, we will lose more than 60% of what we paid for our trip, and if we decided to get travel voucher, we still lose more than 40% of total amt we paid for. Pandemic is never anyone fault, but to see how travel agency treats its customer by robbing their customers money, I absolutely do not recommend anyone to book w them. Poor practice in principle and integrity of a business. Stay away!
