I purchased this product after seeing a lot of advertising on Instagram. I have natural curls and was looking for something that would be gentle with my hair as well as enhancing my curls. I used the product one time and noticed immediately after that my skin was burning and I had a rash all over my face after I showered. My skin was irritated most of the day and took a while before I felt better. I then tried the product one more time and the same result came of it. I was feeling a burn around my face and neck for some time. I decided not to continue use of the product and reached out to customer service for a possible refund. They offered a credit or a refund minus the shipping to send the product back to them. They are in Canada and to ship back to them did not seem worth it so I opted for a credit. If you have sensitive skin I would warn against using this hair product. It not only did not enhance my curls in any way but it caused a rash. The actual product did nothing for my hair. The conditioner after washing it out made my hair feel as though I never conditioned it at all. The product that goes in the hair after the shower did not reduce frizz at all. I had to use an additional hair spray gel to keep the curls in tact. The response from the company is not fast. They take their time in resolving your issues. I would not recommend by any means. Save your money!

I was thinking of giving up my bank account with Bank of America which I have had for more than 15 years for this bank and I set up a checking and savings with them. I also in a moment of weakness took out a debt consolidation loan with them. From day one I had issues. First they don't let you deposit through the ATM for the first 30 days of having your account and they don't tell you that. When you go to an ATM to withdraw money you get blocked from withdrawals and you can only check your account balances, deposit, or get a print out of your account balance. So you have to go into the location and the virtual teller lets you know that the ATM might be out of money or you have to "try again" it could be your card. They tell you that you can set up bill pay but in the mobile app they don't recognize your utility accounts. It's a hit or miss. What upset me the most is that when I was taking out my loan the advisor told me that my loan rate would drop a point after six months of on time payments and now the bank is disputing that with me. Stay away from this bank. My family has accounts with them so I signed up in good faith but it's not worth all the hassles. I am sticking with Bank of America.
