Can I actually get a job here without getting a premium pack?
For $499 is too much for one to pay that way, that too in the beginning itself!

Yes, with a guest membership, which is free, you can create a profile, upload demos or portfolio samples, and be privately invited to jobs. The key to this is making sure you maximize your profile. In order to be matched to jobs, however, you do need a premium membership. A guest membership is a good place to start.
