After waiting an inordinarily amount of time to have my clothing assessed, I was extremely disappointed. My clothes are all very expensive, gently worn clothes. Most are top designer brands. Out of 20 items only one was accepted for $30, if it sells. I asked for the items to be returned and they said I did not sign the initial agreement to send them back. They did not honor the time frame to assess the clothes. Do Not use this website. Give your unwanted clothes to a worthy cause, not this money making phony operation. FED UP
