“Buyer beware”

Purchased service for one year only but the company repeatedly charged my credit card, saying it was automatic renewal. Even after filing a dispute, and getting the charge reversed, they charged my card again. As a last resort, I had to have a new credit card issued. Calling the company is futile because the customer service agent's have a difficult time communicating.
