They charged me for a loaded Cadilac and processed the order as it was placed for a bare basic model. Learned about this gross error of their personnel before the order had been delivered. To avoid the embarrassment that the delivery of the wrong arrangement caused me I asked them to cease the delivery immediately. They wasted time and did nothing until it was too late.
To me, all the claims of family-owned and 30 years of service proved of zero significance. One carefully chooses the right flower to send to others to draw enjoyment from it and impress the recipient. If they send the wrong arrangement and charge you for the more expensive arrangement that you have carefully selected you would feel hurt on multiple levels.
