BCP products are only warrantied for 60 days.
My $150.00 air-fryer broke in 5 months.
BCP customer support would not help.
Wrote two different CEO's twice requesting their
support to resolve my problem; USPS mail came back
Both times (using four different address they have registered),
Return to sender / moved. This is a gypsy company.
Go purchase your products from a company that offers
1 year warranties and cares about their customers...
