I tried to make a return on purchases I made online. But they say it is not their store policy to do that. How come you said to me before i made purchases that it is possible to return everything that doesn`t fit. I am quite confused after dealing with this store. There are still a number of other stores

Poor selection for clothes priced too highly in my opinion. I will never get over what their CEO said a few years back about how he only wants the popular, thin, and attractive people to wear his clothes. If you like blowing your money on outdated clothes in a dark room smelling intensely of perfume then you've found the right place.

Me and my friend bought bunch of different clothes in this store but not everything was a perfect fit for is. So we decided to return it and store manager said that`s it against store`s policy to make a return on things that had been already purchased. Despite the fact that the price tag was attached and it had never been worn we ended up putting those clothes into a closet and forget about them. But I will never forget this experience and never go back to Bloomingdales that`s for sure

I ordered a few sweaters on-line. I quite liked them but they were wrong sized. I called and asked a manager if I can change them on same sweaters but bigger size she refused me saying it is againts their store`s policy. That`s it! End of store! Can do nothing about that! That`s pretty sad because they abuse their customers` trust.
