“SHAMEFUL, DECEITFUL, WORST, TOTALLY A SCAM”

Like every other review I read, I was totally deceived. I placed two orders to be delivered to the same address on the same day. One arrived in a box without the vase I was charged extra for and the teddy bear that I ordered too, and the other was not even received. It it was bad enough that they charged for every little thing, but then not to even get it right or even deliver an order is horrible. If there was a negative star they would definitely get it from me.
