Move was from San Diego, Calif. to Broomfield, Colorado. Chose the option of packing all positions myself except for 2 pieces of furniture. One was a credenza (that was fine) but the other was a 70 year old high gloss cherry wood Ethan Allen heirloom pedestal dining table that was in perfect condition. THEY BROKE 2 OF THE LEGS OFF AT THE BASE! So they essentially broke 50% of the furniture I asked them to handle. Everything I packed and handled/protected was fine, no damage, including a 100yr. old Tibetan chest. Now we'll see if it can be repaired, will they cover the cost, with out a fight since I don't have a 70yr. old sales slip which they require. If they do cover costs, I will up their rating.
