I have been a Clinique user for years and decided to try the convenience of online ordering! The first time went smoothly but my current order was one of the most frustrating experiences, firstly many specials keep popping up which are difficult to get rid of even if you select X, then the search engine is slow and keeps freezing and also knocks you off the line, so you try again and again. Then you are congratulated on your points, plus 30% spring discount is offered, as soon as you select redeem, the 30% is erased. I don't expect 45% discount but overall if you want customers to use you online facility, make it user friendly and an easy process. This purchase took me more than an hour to hopefully purchase the lines I needed. In addition you are thanked for completing a customer review and rewarded with selecting 4 magazines, only to be requested at the end to pay $8 dollars, really! Suppose the proof is in the results. Let's see if my products actually arrive and are correct
