Nobody answer their phone. Literally NOBODY!
Maintenance fee so high, horrible new website, bad customer service. Those presentations are scammer try to sell more credit. Don't buy time share, go to hotel or air bnb! Period.
Bluefly recently sent me used Burberry bag, and won't let me return. Emailed customer service but they never respond. I can't believe this company can stay in business in USA. Which most of companies' priority is customer satisfaction... I am speechless. I personally won't recommend this site to friends and families. How rude they don't even reply to your email?
